Testimonial notice

What you agree to

The Business may publish your recording, including your face and voice, with the name, role and company you enter, and the transcript of what you say, including quotes from it. It may appear on the Business's websites and pages hosted by this service, in its social media, newsletters, and sales material.

The Business may trim the recording, remove pauses, add captions and translate them. It may not change the meaning of what you said, use your face or voice to generate new speech or images, or use your recording in paid advertising without asking you first.

Be honest

Describe what you actually experienced; mixed or negative feedback is just as welcome. Leave out confidential information and details about other people. You must be at least 18.

If you name a company, you confirm that you may speak about your experience in your role there. Any reward the Business offers is given for an honest recording, whatever you say, and is disclosed next to your testimonial.

Withdrawing

You can withdraw at any time without giving a reason: by writing to hello@jlnlabs.com, or by telling the Business. Pages served by this service stop showing your testimonial within 24 hours, and the Business removes its own copies within 24 hours.

Your data

JLN LABS LTD stores your recording, the details you enter, the transcript and a record of your agreement (time, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser) and processes them only to provide the service to the Business, which decides whether and where your testimonial is published. The data is deleted when the Business deletes the testimonial or 30 days after you withdraw; the record of your agreement is kept for three years as evidence.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at hello@jlnlabs.com. The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies; mandatory rights in the country where you live are not affected.
